Suspect turns himself in 

In connection with the ongoing investigation regarding the shooting of the Immigration Officer Jason Juliet, which took place on Wednesday December 16th on the L.B. Scot road, the police department is reporting that the suspect in  this case with initials J.B. has turned himself in.

The suspect (42-years old of age) turned himself in at Thursday the 17^th of December 2015 at the Police Head Quarters in Philipsburg. He was immediately arrested and place into custody for further investigation.

As more information regarding this investigation becomes available the media will be informed.
