In Memory of Louis Constant Fleming

Today marks sixty five years since Louis Constant Fleming’s passing.

Better known as Constant Fleming, he died at only 51 on January 30th, 1949. Thus, today is an ideal opportunity to remember or learn about his life and action. 

Sincerest thanks to Madam Yvette Fleming, his widow, who provided the document below for the occasion, which give us the opportunity to share a part of Saint-Martin history.
