Football.
“For quite some years, we have seen and others heard the various talents in Saint-Martin perish at our frontier.
This sad reality has been for time and time a burden to the honour of our skills, our football development and an injustice to our talented children.
The Football we once knew is a victim of a social transformation.
The Football we once knew is victim of lack of commitment and dedication, rather strong critics with often very little solutions.
Football is victim of lack of understanding and comprehension of its real and true potential other that “keep the youths busy”.
Our team was elected in December 5th, 2012 and our efforts are to make our youths better, bigger so that they can go beyond.
We present you our visual identity to mark and show our commitment toward the betterment of football while revamping the values and meanings of this sport to growing potential.
Our approach is to inspire to be Better, Bigger and to hope and pursue Beyond expectations and limits.
How you are seen is how you taken! Our talent is an alternative to delinquency and a source of economic empowerment and development (sports is one of the highest paid job in the world with no recession) for that our approach and perspective has to change.
“It’s not the will to win that matters—everyone has that. It’s the will to prepare to win that matters.” – Paul “Bear” Bryant
The SMFA no longer wants to be seen, known and associated only with “keep the kids off the streets” the efforts of the clubs, the managers and the coaches are much more than that, they train and prepare men and women for our society also, teach them values and help develop their skills.
The time the clubs managers, coaches and other volunteers put behind their passion is equivalent to some business managers and even elected and sometimes with similar sacrifices.
Bigger, Better and Beyond, we need partners who are open minded to help us defeat those who limit others such as your kids, my kids, and our kids simply because they are limited except by conning critics.
“Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.” – Pat Riley.
The objective is to reflect and reassure sportive achievements and sustainability for our football through corporate partnership as their social responsibility. The small are called to grow, we are aspiring to get Bigger, Better and Beyond.
The core of our efforts is the kids and the end our vision is to one day see them at an international representions.
We understand how difficult it is to have every one adhere to the new, but the new needs friends and so we are counting on you and hope those of who you will share this with will be as receptive and open minded as you.
Thank you !”
Mr Fabrice BALY
President of the Saint-Martin Football Association SMFA
