On Sunday May 31st at approximately 07.15 p.m. during an investigation by a police patrol on the Narrow drive in Cole Bay they were approached by an unknown man who stated that he is constantly harassed and threatened by another man for no reason.

When the police approached the suspect to handle the situation they realized that the suspect was heavily under the influence of alcohol. Further investigations of the suspect lead the patrol to find a large kitchen knife hidden between the waistbands of his trousers. The knife was immediately confiscated.

The 47 year old suspect with initials B.G. was arrested on the spot for public intoxication and carrying a concealed weapon and taken to the Philipsburg Police Station for further investigation.
